In the deep processing stage, our fully automatic drip-bag production lines operate with high efficiency. From filter bag forming and precise coffee dosing to nitrogen-flushed packaging, every step is completed within a sealed, clean environment. This significantly minimizes human intervention, ensuring the freshness and hygiene of every drip-bag coffee. The complementary fully automatic packaging line handles the final product packaging. Whether it's nitrogen-flushed packaging for whole beans or bagging/canning for ground coffee and drip-bags, this line delivers high-precision, high-efficiency sealing, complete with rigorous leak detection to effectively extend product shelf life.
