Recently, Linggan Coffee Factory has ushered in a new development plan, with the entire eighth floor of the factory soon to be put into use as a brand-new professional coffee training and coffee science popularization base. Simultaneously, it will launch CCM coffee training courses and SCA specialty coffee association training courses. Relying on comprehensive training facilities, certified professional instructors, and a mature industry foundation, it aims to create a well-structured and highly practical professional learning platform for coffee enthusiasts and industry professionals.

The SCA certification enjoys high industry recognition globally in the specialty coffee sector. Its curriculum covers key learning modules such as coffee roasting, specialty brewing, sensory evaluation, and green bean identification, and the skills learned are highly applicable within the industry. The CCM curriculum is deeply aligned with the development characteristics of the domestic coffee market and is suitable for practical scenarios such as daily operations of offline stores and standardized beverage production. The two types of courses complement each other, meeting the learning needs of different stages, including beginners, working professionals upgrading their skills, and those preparing for entrepreneurship.

The newly built training base has a well-organized spatial layout and clearly defined functional areas, including separate roasting classrooms, espresso classrooms, and pour-over coffee classrooms. The facility also features a dedicated area for displaying green and roasted coffee beans, a professional coffee equipment display area, and a spacious open-plan bar area for hands-on practice. All kinds of professional teaching equipment are readily available, fully supporting diverse teaching scenarios such as theoretical instruction, sample observation, and practical training.
The factory has long focused on the research, development, production, and sales of coffee products, primarily including coffee beans, coffee powder, drip coffee bags, capsule coffee, and coffee tea bags. Having cultivated the coffee industry chain for many years, it has accumulated rich experience in cutting-edge production and market operations. The instructors for this course all hold relevant professional certifications, possess solid theoretical knowledge, and have ample industry experience and teaching expertise.

Daily teaching strictly adheres to the standards of two certification courses, systematically explaining professional theoretical knowledge and practical production skills. In addition, instructors share practical store operation and management strategies based on their own industry experience and real-world case studies, addressing common problems encountered in business operations and helping students avoid common pitfalls on their career or entrepreneurial journey. The course fees are in line with market levels, the content is highly practical, and considering the overall learning experience and gains, it offers excellent value for money.
The course is suitable for a wide range of learners. Coffee enthusiasts can improve their brewing and tasting skills, working professionals can advance their expertise, and those interested in starting their own business can gain relevant operational experience. Moving forward, the training center will adhere to rigorous teaching standards, leveraging its own production resources and comprehensive training facilities to help students hone their professional skills and steadily enhance their overall competitiveness in the industry.
