Professional CCM & SCA Courses Empower Coffee Practitioners
Linggan Coffee Factory has unveiled a new development milestone. A full-floor professional coffee training center on the 8th floor of the factory is set to open officially, offering certified training courses of CCM and Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). Boasting comprehensive training facilities, certified senior instructors and solid industrial expertise, the center builds a well-structured and practical learning platform for coffee enthusiasts and industry professionals.

SCA credentials enjoy high recognition across the global specialty coffee sector. Its curriculum covers core modules including coffee roasting, beverage brewing, sensory evaluation and green bean identification, with certifications widely acknowledged within the industry. Tailored to the domestic market characteristics, CCM courses align with actual scenarios of physical store operation and standardized beverage production. The two complementary course systems cater to diverse learning demands, ranging from beginner hobby learning and on-the-job skill improvement to entrepreneurship preparation.

The newly built training center features orderly space layout and distinct functional zones, housing dedicated classrooms for coffee roasting, espresso making and hand brewing. It also establishes display areas for green and roasted coffee beans as well as professional coffee equipment, alongside a spacious open bar counter for hands-on practice. Fully equipped with professional teaching gear, the venue supports theoretical lectures, sample observation and practical training in multiple teaching scenarios.
The factory focuses on coffee product research, development and manufacturing. Its product lineup covers coffee beans, ground coffee, drip coffee, capsule coffee and tea-bag style coffee. With years of industrial cultivation, it has accumulated abundant practical experience in production and market operation. All instructors on the teaching team hold valid professional certificates, equipped with solid theoretical knowledge and rich practical and teaching experience.

Teaching procedures strictly follow official standards of the two certification systems, delivering systematic professional theories and practical techniques. In addition, instructors share practical store operation strategies based on personal career experience and real industry cases, analyzing common operational pitfalls to help learners avoid mistakes in career development and business startup. Reasonably priced with highly practical course content, the training delivers favorable cost performance.
The courses suit a wide range of learners. Hobbyists can refine brewing and tasting capabilities, working practitioners achieve professional advancement, and aspiring store owners gain valuable operational insights. Adhering to rigorous teaching principles, the training center leverages in-house production resources and complete training premises to help learners polish professional skills and enhance overall competitiveness in the coffee industry.
