The 2026 National Coffee Industry Summit & Inaugural Conference of Foshan Coffee Association was recently held at Foshan Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. Centered on the theme “Unite Forces • Break Barriers • Forge Ahead into the Future”, the event featured four industrial-themed exchange sessions alongside the official founding ceremony of the association. It brought together practitioners across the entire national coffee industrial chain in Foshan to jointly explore pathways for high-quality industrial development. Drawing on its solid expertise in coffee roasting and supply chain management, Linggan Coffee Factory, a Vice Chairman Unit of Foshan Coffee Association, will collaborate with industry peers to upgrade Foshan’s full-spectrum coffee industrial ecosystem.
The summit consisted of two core segments. During the daytime, the National Exchange Forum on High-Quality Development of the Coffee Industry hosted four specialized sessions covering coffee machines & equipment, green coffee beans & roasting, coffee retail stores, and coffee competitions, each corresponding to key upstream and downstream links of the industrial chain. Delegates held pragmatic discussions on topics including technological upgrading, supply chain optimization, store operation management, and competition-driven industrial empowerment. The evening inaugural conference of Foshan Coffee Association followed a full agenda: release of the organizational framework, plaque awarding for member enterprises, unveiling of the association and its joint Party branch, presentation on the development history of Foshan’s coffee industry, strategic cooperation signing ceremonies, and a networking gala dinner, marking the official establishment of Foshan Coffee Association.
Endowed with a robust manufacturing foundation, Foshan has cultivated a uniquely structured coffee industry. Centered in Shunde District, the city’s coffee machine manufacturing cluster boasts substantial production capacity, with its products sold worldwide, making it a pivotal domestic production hub for coffee equipment. Meanwhile, local coffee consumption keeps expanding, with a steady rise in specialty coffee shops, alongside rapid growth of supporting sectors including green bean roasting and brand operation services. The founding of Foshan Coffee Association will integrate all industrial segments—equipment manufacturing, raw material supply, end retail, and cultural promotion—propelling Foshan’s coffee industry from isolated sectoral strengths to an integrated full-chain ecosystem.
